8)  80% of all Home buyers use the internet in 2012 and 90% of our marketing is done via the internet.  Starting with the MLS which automatically is subscripted though LISTHUB and goes to every Online listing service in the country.  We also market through all the social sites like Linked in, Facebook and Twitter.  We market though Craigslist and Classified Adds.

9)  We are and remain your REALTOR for life.   I still often have Clients calling me even though we last worked with them 6 or 7 years ago.   As I stated we answer the phone 7 days a week and try to remin in contact with you via message or E-mail at least once a month after we have closed on your home.
